This privacy policy for Lutzke Merchant Services, a small local business, describes what we collect through our website form and email, how we use it, and how to reach us. It is not legal advice.

Who we are
Lutzke Merchant Services is a merchant-services practice owned by Drew Lutzke, local to the San Fernando Valley and serving businesses across Southern California. Payment processing is powered by PaybotX. Lutzke Merchant Services is not a bank.
What we collect
When you request a free savings analysis or otherwise contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, business name, email address, and optional phone number
- Optional approximate monthly card volume
- Your merchant processing statement (PDF or image), uploaded through our form or sent by email
- Any notes you include about your current processor or goals
We do not ask for card numbers, customer data, or bank/processor login credentials. Please black out your full bank account number before sending a statement.
Our Free Savings Analysis form is powered by Tally (tally.so). When you submit the form, your answers and any uploaded statement file are processed and stored by Tally, and typically delivered to Drew’s email (drew@lutzkemerchserv.com). You can also email your statement directly to that address. See Tally’s privacy policy.
How we use your information
Statement data and contact details are used only to prepare your free savings analysis and to follow up about that review. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Where statements are stored
Submitted statements and form responses are stored in Tally and in Drew’s email. We keep them only as long as needed for your review and any follow-up you request (and subject to Tally’s own retention practices for data in their system).
Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide the service you requested:
- Tally (tally.so) — form hosting and file upload for the Free Savings Analysis. See Tally’s privacy policy
- Calendly — if you book a call, Calendly processes scheduling data under its own privacy policy
- PaybotX and underwriting partners — only if you choose to move forward with an application
- Service providers that help us operate email or hosting (currently Cloudflare for website hosting)
- When required by law
Hosting and analytics
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising pixels on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated.
Retention and deletion
Email us at drew@lutzkemerchserv.com to ask us to delete your statement and related notes. We will delete what we control (including asking Tally to remove a submission where applicable) within a reasonable time unless we are required to keep something longer.
Your choices
You can email us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent for a review, or to ask questions about this policy.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or tools change. The date at the top will change when we do.
