Find out what you’re really paying to accept cards.
Send one recent monthly processing statement, or (in the San Fernando Valley area) have Drew go over it with you in person. You’ll get your effective rate, every fee explained in plain language, and an honest answer on whether there’s an opportunity to improve it.
Free · No obligation · No need to switch anything. Pick a time that works, then send your statement before the call (or bring it).

Not a call center and not an automated score. Drew is local to the San Fernando Valley: in the Valley area he can go over it with you in person; elsewhere in Southern California, by phone or video (in person by arrangement).
Established businesses, typically processing $20,000 or more a month in card sales.
Smaller business? You’re still welcome to ask. If a review won’t be worth your time, we’ll tell you.
Three steps. About as simple as it gets.
Send one statement
Book a time and email your most recent monthly statement (all pages), or just book and we’ll start there. Two or three months is better if you’re seasonal.
We review it
We find your effective rate, break down every fee, and compare all three structures. Turnaround depends on statement complexity.
We walk you through it. You decide.
A short call: what you pay, what each option could look like, and the trade-offs. No pressure, and no obligation to switch.
One statement. Nothing sensitive.
Send this
- Your most recent monthly merchant processing statement
- All pages, PDF preferred (a clear photo of each page works too)
- Two or three months if your sales are seasonal
- Optional: your business name, a callback number, and your current processor
Don’t send this
- Card numbers or customer information
- Bank, processor, or portal login credentials
- Your full bank account number (black it out)
Your statement, handled with care.
Only what the review needs
Your statement is used to prepare your review. That’s it.
No card numbers, ever
We never need card numbers, customer data, or any logins.
Black out what you like
Cover your bank account number before you send; we don’t need it.
Rather not email it?
Standard email isn’t end-to-end encrypted. Book a time and we’ll find another way.
Pick the easiest way to start.
No forms, no logins. Email takes about a minute: attach your statement, add a callback number, and send.
In your email
- Your statement attached (all pages)
- Business name
- Best callback number
- Anything you want us to look at
Free and no obligation. Actual rates, fees, savings, Cash Discount structures, equipment terms, and approval are merchant-specific and subject to underwriting, program rules, card mix, transaction type, and applicable requirements.
Common questions.
Is it really free?
Yes. The review is complimentary and there’s no obligation.
Do I need to switch processors?
No. The review is information. You decide what, if anything, to do next.
What if I can’t find my statement?
Most processors make statements available in their online portal under “Statements” or “Reports.” Or book a time and we’ll start with a conversation.
Will you tell me if I’m already in good shape?
Yes. The goal is clarity, not a sale.
Can you guarantee I’ll save money?
No, and no one honestly can before seeing your numbers. Results vary. The review shows what your options could look like, based on your statement and subject to the final approved program.

Do the math on your own statement.
Use one monthly statement. Everything stays in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere. Prefilled values are hypothetical.
Effective rate = processing fees ÷ card volume. Not a quote or a benchmark.
Under a full cash discount program, the posted card price includes a non-cash adjustment (PaybotX describes it as typically 3–4%), and cash customers pay the posted cash price. Your processing fees could potentially be substantially reduced or close to fully offset, subject to approval, setup costs, and program terms.
One-time hardware or setup costs may apply. Hypothetical estimate, not a quote.
The posted card price carries a partial non-cash adjustment, cash customers get a discount, and you absorb the rest of the processing cost.
The actual split is set within approved program terms. Hypothetical estimate.
One price for every customer. Your rate, markup, and monthly fees get reviewed against your statement to look for a lower-cost structure.
Cash discount and surcharge programs must follow card-brand rules and California law. A compliance review is recommended before any program goes live. Results vary; no savings are guaranteed.
These are hypothetical. See how each option would apply to your actual statement.
